Proper Bits Ltd (Company No. 16623134) operates the Enria mobile application (the “Service”). This policy explains how we handle personal data.

What stays on your device

The dates, symptoms, moods, temperatures, weight, notes and other health values you enter stay on your device. Enria accesses menstrual-flow records through Apple Health only with your permission. We do not receive, upload or store those records.

What we collect

How we use data

Legal basis

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers needed for analytics (Amplitude), crash reporting (Sentry), and verifying, delivering and responding to support messages, under contractual safeguards.

International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. You can request information about those safeguards through support.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal requirements.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your data, subject to applicable law.

You have the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. We will stop unless we have compelling legitimate grounds to continue or need the information for legal claims.

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. You can change Apple Health permissions in iPhone Settings or contact support for help with other consent and rights requests.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office or to your local data-protection authority.

Children’s privacy

Enria is available to users aged 13 and older, subject to the minimum age required where they live. Users under 16 in the EEA may use the Service only with parental consent. If you believe someone below the applicable age has provided personal data without the required consent, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time and will revise the “Last updated” date accordingly.
